Dan Tobin, MD
Founder and CEO
Dr. Dan Tobin is a nationally recognized leader in advanced illness and end-of-life health counseling. He serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry (Health Psychology) at Dartmouth Medical School and has created national models of care coordination programs. He is the author of articles and books focused on helping aging parents and family caregivers cope with illness and finding the positive aspects of caregiving. |

Joe Engelhardt, PhD
Vice President of Research & Development
Dr. Joe Engelhardt has 25 years of experience conducting health service research and development studies in the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the University at Albany, SUNY School of Social Welfare, and Care Support of America. He is a clinical social worker and health-counseling educator who developed Care Support of America training with Dr. Tobin. Dr. Engelhardt is the author of publications and technical reports on care management topics and healthcare cost outcomes. |

Vice President of Sales
Mike Doherty has over 15 years of senior level sales experience, with a primary area of expertise in selling care management services. Mike has been the vice president of sales for Fortune 500 companies and has been employed by multiple start-up companies that have grown into mid-size and large, national organizations. Mike has been the Vice President of Sales at Gentiva, The Olsten Corporation, Quantium Health Solutions, and Senior Bridge Family. |

Mina Wilson, RN
Lead Family Care Manager
Mina Wilson has 20 years of nursing experience, with a strong foundation in hospital nursing focusing on open heart and vascular thoracic care. Prior to joining Care Support of America, she served for 13 years as a post-operative nurse clinician of Midwest Physician Anesthesia Services at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, responsible for risk management, quality initiatives, and patient relations. Mina has held other roles, including nurse manager and surgical acute care leadership, and has worked for Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston and Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. |

Perry Fine, MD
National Medical Director
Dr. Perry Fine serves as Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Utah, Pain Management Center. He is widely published in the fields of pain management and palliative care. He also serves on the editorial boards of numerous peer-review medical journals. |
