That’s where CSA’s Family Care Managers can help. We work with you and your family to develop a plan that will enable your elderly parents to receive the support they need while remaining independent.
Your aging parents may live miles away, but you can ensure their safety at home when your Family Care Manager:
- Make arrangements for an in-home safety assessment
- Assign a local nurse to ensure Mom and Dad’s independence at home
- Assign a local nurse to accompany your parents to medical appointments
- Coordinate conference calls to inform your family of updates and progress
- Find trusted local services, such as transportation, home health aides, at-home elder care nursing, housekeeping, and provide you healthcare information and consultation over the phone
